You may deposit funds into your phdrem account using the payment methods available on the platform, including GCash, PayMaya, and other supported methods. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the platform.
Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdrem does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phdrem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Upon termination, phdrem may forfeit any remaining balance in your account if the termination is due to a breach of these terms. If the termination is not due to a breach, you will be permitted to withdraw your balance, subject to verification.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the phdrem platform will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
phdrem operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. In the event of a dispute, you may also file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with their dispute resolution procedures.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phdrem customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
